Dojima Social Link

Ryotaro Dojima's Hierophant Social Link in Persona 4 Golden starts automatically on May 6 and is played at home in the evenings he is in; ranks 2, 4 and 5 need Expression 2, 3 and 4, and rank 10 gives the Coffee Mug for fusing Kohryu.

Ryotaro Dojima's Hierophant Social Link in Persona 4 Golden starts automatically on May 6, and you can raise it only at home in the evening on nights he is in. Its gates are Expression: rank 1 to 2 needs Expression 2, rank 3 to 4 needs 3 and rank 4 to 5 needs 4, and at rank 10 he gives you the Coffee Mug, which unlocks the fusion of Kohryu, per RPG Site's Dojima guide. When Dojima is home, his daughter Nanako's link is not available, and the reverse, so the two share your evenings. In Persona 4 Revival (Feb 18, 2027) the Social Links are fully voiced and, Atlus's staff told PCGamesN, largely unchanged; Atlus has not published Revival's ranks or answers.

Rank 1 comes with the story on May 6. After that, stay home in the evening; if Dojima is there, talk to him. He works late often, and RPG Site notes that clearing dungeons early tends to leave him home on more nights. Raise Expression early: without Expression 2 his link stalls at rank 1. Gardening can sometimes add bonus points to this link, and helping Nanako at her rank 6 to 7 scene adds 2 points here too (see Nanako Social Link).

Reward

The only reward is the rank 10 key item, the Coffee Mug, which lets you fuse Kohryu, the Hierophant arcana's top Persona. Dojima is not a party member, so his link teaches no skills. See Persona Fusion and Best Personas.

Dojima's link in Persona 4 Revival

4:31 Atlus has not published Revival's rank dates or answers. The Social Links are unchanged in nature, Kazuhisa Wada told Anime Corner on Jul 8, 2026, and Atlus's Japanese site says every Social Link event has newly recorded voices, so Dojima's home scenes are voiced throughout. The guides read here cover Golden only, so what the PS2 Persona 4 did differently with this link is not stated. The clip is Atlus's Sep 19, 2026 broadcast introducing Dojima in Revival footage, not a Social Link scene.
