Eri Minami is the Temperance Social Link in Persona 4 Golden, and you meet her only through work: take the Assistant Daycare part-time job, open on Monday, Friday and Saturday, and her link starts on your second shift. Her story centers on her son Yuuta (Yuu-kun) and the other mothers at the daycare, and her rank 10 item, the Clover Bookmark, lets you fuse Vishnu. The job also raises Understanding, so it doubles as stat training (see Social Stats). Persona 4 Revival keeps the Social Links, all newly voiced; Atlus has not said anything about Eri's.

How to unlock Eri: the babysitting job

The Assistant Daycare job (RPG Site also calls it Assistant Day Care Caretaker) is one of the town's part-time jobs, worked by taking the bus from the Shopping District South stop. Guides disagree on when it opens: RPG Site's jobs guide and Siliconera say Apr 23, while RPG Site's own Temperance guide says May 2. The jobs guide lists an Understanding requirement without a level. Go to the job once, then a second time, and the Temperance link begins.

When is Eri available?

The daycare runs in the daytime on Monday, Friday and Saturday and closes on rainy days, by RPG Site and TheGamer. Every shift pays 4,000 to 10,000 yen depending on your stats and raises Understanding, so the job is worth taking even on days the link is not ready to rank up.

Rewards

Eri's link gives no battle skills. Each rank adds a bonus when you fuse Temperance Personas, and rank 10 gives the Clover Bookmark, which lets you fuse Vishnu in the Velvet Room (see Persona Fusion). There is no romance.

Eri's link in Persona 4 Revival

Atlus's Japanese site says Persona 4 Revival voices every Social Link event from scratch, and director Kazuhisa Wada told PCGamesN on Aug 26, 2026 that the links are largely unchanged, with "little bits and pieces" added to some. Atlus has not said whether the daycare job, its days or its pay change before the Feb 18, 2027 release, and has not named Eri's voice. Every guide cited here is for Persona 4 Golden; none says how the PS2 Persona 4's version differs.
