Kanji Social Link

Kanji Tatsumi's Emperor Social Link in Persona 4 Golden opens from Jun 9 by talking to a student on Classroom Building 2F, then to Kanji; rank 10 gives the Cute Strap for fusing Rokuten Maoh and Odin. It is not a romance.

Kanji Tatsumi's Emperor Social Link in Persona 4 Golden does not start by itself: from Jun 9, talk to the female student near the stairs on Classroom Building 2F, then find Kanji on Practice Building 1F and answer "Yes I do." for rank 1, per RPG Site's Kanji guide. He is free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, never in rain, and at rank 10 he learns Evade Wind and gives you the Cute Strap, which unlocks the fusion of Rokuten Maoh and Odin. In Persona 4 Revival (Feb 18, 2027) every Social Link is fully voiced and, Atlus's staff told PCGamesN, largely unchanged; Atlus has not published Revival's ranks or answers.

Kanji's link in Persona 4 Revival

0:10 Atlus has not published Revival's rank dates or answers. Wada told Anime Corner on Jul 8, 2026 that the Social Links are unchanged in nature, and Atlus's Japanese site says every Social Link event has newly recorded voices. Revival's English cast is new except Johnny Yong Bosch, so Kanji has a new English voice; Troy Baker voiced him in the original, per GamesRadar+. The guides read here cover Golden only, so what the PS2 Persona 4 did differently with this link is not stated. The clip is Atlus's Sep 5, 2026 Kanji trailer, Revival footage of Kanji in his new English voice.
