Rise Kujikawa

Rise Kujikawa is the idol "Risette" in Persona 4 who becomes the Investigation Team's navigator, the only member who does not fight; her Persona is Himiko, and in Persona 4 Golden its ultimate form is Kouzeon. In Persona 4 Revival she is voiced by Abby Trott in English and Rie Kugimiya in Japanese, and sings "True Story - Revival".

Shadow Rise

2:38 In Persona 4 Golden Rise disappears on 6/24 and her dungeon, Marukyu Striptease, opens on 6/25. Shadow Rise waits on floor 11 at level 35 and casts each element in a fixed order, Agi, Bufu, Zio, Garu, aimed at whoever is weak to it. Once she has lost about two-thirds of her HP she casts Supreme Insight and cannot be hit; the party guards for three turns and the battle ends after them (TheGamer). Shadow Teddie follows at once with no chance to rest, so save items. Both fights are on Persona 4 Bosses. The clip is BuffMaister's fight in Persona 4 Golden on PC at Very Hard.

Himiko and the navigator role

Game Rant calls Rise the only non-combat member; she replaces Teddie as navigator about a third of the way through, and her most useful skills come from her Social Link, the last at rank 8 (Game Rant). In Persona 4 Golden the link gives Treasure Radar at rank 3, Enemy Radar at rank 6 and Weakness Scan at rank 10, along with the Signed Photo that lets the protagonist fuse Kanzeon and Ishtar (RPG Site). In the Hollow Forest, where SP is halved after every battle, TheGamer leans on her link's healing and SP support. Golden's third form, Kouzeon, carries Complete Analysis, unlocked by maxing her link and talking to her between Jan 10 and Feb 5.

Her Lovers link starts automatically on 7/23, meets on Classroom Building 1F or outside Marukyu Tofu, and turns romantic with "Hold her." at rank 7 to 8 (RPG Site). Choices are on Rise Social Link.

Rise in Persona 4 Revival

0:03 Rise was the second character to get a Revival trailer, on Jul 4, 2026, which introduced Abby Trott as her English voice; Rie Kugimiya returns in Japanese (RPG Site). Her song "True Story - Revival", sung by Rise (Kugimiya) and composed by Shoji Meguro, went to Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube with a lyric video on Sep 19, 2026 (RPG Site); more is on Persona 4 Revival Music. On Sep 27, 2026 she appeared at the fashion and music event "X VORDER RUNWAY" at Makuhari Messe (Persona Channel).

In July Kazuhisa Wada said Rise's role as a support character might be "brushed up" or toned down, adding that he would need to confirm with the designers (Anime Corner, Jul 8, 2026). Atlus has not detailed any change to her navigation as of Nov 3, 2026.
