Margaret Social Link

Margaret's Empress Social Link in Persona 4 Golden opens when you visit the Velvet Room on or after May 19 with Knowledge rank 3, and from rank 2 on it rises only by fulfilling her requests: each asks for a specific Persona carrying a specific skill, and it uses no time slot, per RPG Site's Margaret guide. The nine requests run from an Ippon-datara with Sukukaja (level 17 or higher) to a Trumpeter with Mind Charge (level 67), and rank 10 gives the Spiral Brooch, which unlocks the fusion of Isis, plus the Deep Blue Clothes costume when you talk to her afterward. In Persona 4 Revival (Feb 18, 2027) every Social Link is fully voiced and, Atlus's staff told PCGamesN, largely unchanged; Atlus has not published Revival's requests.

Raise Knowledge to rank 3 (Expert) by studying, reading and answering in class (Social Stats), then enter the Velvet Room on May 19 or later and speak to Margaret. Rank 1 is free. Since requests cost no time, you can hand them in on any visit, rain or shine.

Fusion recipes for each request

These are RPG Site's suggested recipes; the skill must be inherited, so check it in the fusion preview before you confirm. See Persona Fusion for how inheritance works.

• Rank 2, Ippon-datara with Sukukaja: Sylph (holding Sukukaja) with Archangel, Lilim or Cu Sith; or Obariyon with a level 10 Ghoul.
• Rank 3, Matador with Mahama: Anzu at level 19 with Berith; or a triple fusion of Power, Oberon and Saki Mitama. Matador learns Rampage at level 27, which helps with the next request.
• Rank 4, Gdon with Rampage: the rank 3 Matador with Ippon-datara; or Ares (Rampage at level 28) with Shiisaa.
• Rank 5, Neko Shogun with Bufula: first fuse King Frost with Hua Po for a Kusi Mitama with Bufula, then cross fuse Ara Mitama, Saki Mitama, Nigi Mitama and that Kusi Mitama. Cross Fusion opens on Jul 20. Register this Neko Shogun in the compendium for rank 9.
• Rank 6, Black Frost with Auto-Sukukaja: fuse a level 20 Anzu with Sylph or Apsaras for a Jack Frost with Auto-Sukukaja, then cross fuse Pyro Jack, that Jack Frost, King Frost, Pixie and Ghoul.
• Rank 7, Yatagarasu with Megido: fuse Taotie with Cu Sith for an Ares carrying Megido, then that Ares with Black Frost.
• Rank 8, Yatsufusa with Mediarama: a star fusion of Thoth (Mediarama at level 47), Orthrus, Makami, Narasimha and Mothman.
• Rank 9, Ganesha with Tetrakarn: Decarabia with Cu Chulain; or a triple fusion of Kaiwan, Neko Shogun and Fuu-ki.
• Rank 10, Trumpeter with Mind Charge: a six-way fusion of Matador, White Rider, Daisoujou, Pabilsag, Taown and Taotie (Mind Charge at level 38).

Margaret's link in Persona 4 Revival

Atlus has not published Revival's Persona requests, levels or fusion charts, so the recipes above are Golden's and may not carry over exactly. The Social Links are unchanged in nature, Kazuhisa Wada told Anime Corner on Jul 8, 2026, and every Social Link event has newly recorded voices, per Atlus's Japanese site. The guides read here cover Golden only, so what the PS2 Persona 4 did differently with this link is not stated.
