He is free Monday to Thursday, never in rain, and his rank 10 item, the Junes Receipt, lets you fuse Attis. Three of his best answers are locked behind Social Stats, so it pays to raise Courage, Expression and Understanding before summer. Persona 4 Revival keeps the Social Links, all newly voiced; Atlus has not said anything specific about Naoki's.

How to start Naoki's link

From Jun 8, find Naoki on the first floor of the school (TheGamer places him in the Practice Building, Siliconera in the Classroom Building) and talk to him. He does not open up at once: RPG Site says to come back day after day until, after several visits in a row, the link begins. Guides disagree on a stat requirement: Siliconera says to talk to him twice more with Understanding 3, while RPG Site lists no stat. Reaching Understanding 3 before Jun 8 avoids the question.

Which days is Naoki available?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, by TheGamer's list, during the day or in the evening, and never when it rains. On school days he is at school; on days off he waits outside his family's shop, Konishi Liquors, in the north Shopping District.

The stat gates are softer than they look: at rank 3 to 4 you need only one of Courage 4 or Expression 4, and at rank 8 to 9 "She can hear you." scores the same as the Understanding 5 answer.

Rewards

Naoki's link gives no battle skills. Its rewards are the extra experience when fusing Hanged Man Personas as the rank rises and, at rank 10, the Junes Receipt, which lets you fuse Attis in the Velvet Room (see Persona Fusion and Best Personas). There is no romance.

Naoki's link in Persona 4 Revival

Persona 4 Revival remakes Persona 4 Golden for Feb 18, 2027, and Atlus's Japanese site says every Social Link event is voiced anew. Director Kazuhisa Wada told PCGamesN on Aug 26, 2026 that the links are largely unchanged, with "little bits and pieces" added to some, but Atlus has not said which. The days, gates and answers above are Golden's; every guide cited here is for Persona 4 Golden, and none says how the PS2 Persona 4's version differs.
