Magatsu Inaba is the seventh dungeon of Persona 4 Golden, opened by naming the culprit on Dec 5 and finished before Christmas, with Magatsu Mandala below it and two final fights at about level 70 to 75. Atlus has not said what Persona 4 Revival changes in it.

Magatsu Inaba is the seventh dungeon of Persona 4 Golden, a warped copy of the town where the culprit, Tohru Adachi, hides: it opens only if the player names Adachi on Dec 5, it must be finished before Christmas (Inverse), and its second floor drops into a lower half, Magatsu Mandala, before the last fights against Adachi and Ameno-sagiri, per TheGamer. TheGamer suggests about level 65 to enter and 70 before the bosses, who are level 73 and 75. Adachi is in Persona 4 Revival, voiced again in English by Johnny Yong Bosch, but Atlus has not shown this dungeon or said what changes in it as of Nov 3, 2026. How to open Magatsu Inaba
On Dec 5 the friends ask who the culprit is. Naming Adachi opens Magatsu Inaba. Working it out but saying nothing leads instead to Golden's Accomplice ending on Mar 20, which maxes Adachi's Jester Social Link if it was at rank 6 before Heaven (TheGamer). Plan the days
Clearing Magatsu Inaba jumps the calendar to Dec 24, and beating its boss jumps it to Dec 26 (TheGamer). TheGamer and RPG Site both advise finishing by Dec 22, to keep the remaining days for Social Links, stats and the Christmas date. Marie's Aeon link must be maxed before the dungeon is completed, or the Hollow Forest is lost (RPG Site); see Marie Social Link.
Walkthrough
- Magatsu Inaba. Its second floor has locked doors to the northwest and a pit down to Magatsu Mandala. TheGamer's party guide brings Kanji, Yukiko and Naoto, since Naoto's light and dark spells hit many of the Shadows here.
- Magatsu Mandala. The lower half is split into Worlds. World Three ends with the Chaos Fuzz midboss and the sixth floor holds the Envious Giant (TheGamer); no editorial guide read for this page gives their levels or affinities. The Mandala's Shadows are stronger, so the protagonist needs ice.
- The last floor. Swap Naoto for Yosuke before the bosses, and heal fully.

How do you beat Adachi?
TheGamer calls the fight "the Mastermind". Adachi is level 73, strong to physical and immune to light and dark, so Naoto's light and dark skills fail; TheGamer recommends level 75 or higher. He uses Atom Smasher, Vorpal Blade, Ziodyne, Maziodyne, Garudyne, Magarudyne, Mudoon, Power Charge, Dekaja, Dekunda, Heat Riser, Evil Smile, Ghastly Wail and Foolish Whisper. Fear and silence are the threats: Evil Smile frightens, Ghastly Wail kills the frightened, and Foolish Whisper silences. The clip is BuffMaister's fight in Persona 4 Golden on PC at Very Hard.
TheGamer's party is Kanji, Yosuke in Naoto's place, and Yukiko for Salvation, Samarecarm and Me Patra, with Yoshitsune and Trumpeter on the protagonist. Social Links at rank 5 give the Recover perk, which lets allies cure each other's ailments. Heal everyone just before Adachi falls: the next fight begins at once, with no recovery (TheGamer).
How do you beat Ameno-sagiri?
Ameno-sagiri follows with no HP or SP restored, and the party is the one that fought Adachi. It nulls light and dark and takes normal damage from everything else (TheGamer). Its pattern by remaining health: The clip is BuffMaister's fight in Persona 4 Golden on PC at Very Hard.

It also casts Megidola, the -kaja buffs, the party-wide -nda debuffs, Debilitate, Foolish Whisper and Galgalim Eyes. Heal and buff during the Fog, then clear its buffs with Yosuke's Dekaja (his Social Link rank 4) when it lifts. TheGamer names the skills worth having: Kanji's Elec Amp at level 75 and Power Charge at his link rank 6, Yosuke's Wind Amp at level 73, and Yukiko's Fire Amp at level 76.
TheGamer gives the last fight's two Shadows as levels 73 and 75 and does not name Adachi's Persona in the pages read; the 75 fits Ameno-sagiri, but its own guide gives no level.
Magatsu Inaba in Persona 4 Revival
Atlus has not shown Magatsu Inaba as of Nov 3, 2026. Johnny Yong Bosch, Adachi's original English actor, is the one voice the new English cast keeps (GamesRadar+, Sep 22, 2026).
